7. Google API Services and Limited Use Disclosure

8. Google Calendar and Google Meet Integrations

If you choose to connect Google Calendar or a Google Meet related scheduling feature, we may access calendar event details, dates, times, attendees, and meeting links only as necessary to schedule, manage, or send learning-session invitations requested by you.

We do not use Google Calendar or Google Meet data for advertising, and we do not access Google Drive, Gmail, or other Google services unless you explicitly grant the relevant scopes.

Calendar-related data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the scheduling feature or meet legal obligations. After account deletion or disconnection of the integration, calendar data associated with the integration will be deleted or anonymised within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain your account, comply with legal, accounting, tax, security, and dispute-resolution obligations, or fulfil the purposes described in this policy.
